If you want traceable shipping - Please pick the registered shipping. Economy shipping has no live tracking.
Please pay within 7 days since the order was placed.

Please note - we do not give refunds for lost or damaged shipped products.  
Even with registered shipping, not all destination countries offer complete tracking information along the way. 
Unfortunately, this is out of our control. 

In case of returns the buyer pays return shipping.
In case of refunds we will always try to solve any situation as swiftly as we can. 
We can discuss refunds on the items sold but not on the cost of shipping. 

We do our best to grade our products as accurately as we can. However, it is not an exact science. 

Items bought for over 35 euros will have to ship with registered shipping, that way the postal service is viable to pay for any damage done to the shipment.
